Terms of service
Terms of Service (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen - AGB)
Welcome to our online boutique! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of clothing and accessories from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Section 1 - Scope and General Terms
1 These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between us as the seller and you as a consumer (any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed).
2 The language of the contract is English.
Section 2 - Conclusion of the Contract (Vertragsschluss)
1 The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
2 By clicking the "Buy Now" (or equivalent) button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
3 The purchase contract is officially concluded only when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch the goods.
Section 3 - Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment
1 All prices listed in our boutique are in Euros (€) and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) where required.
2 Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
3 We offer various payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna). We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods depending on the delivery region.
Section 4 - Retention of Title (Eigentumsvorbehalt)
The delivered goods remain our absolute property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
Section 5 - Statutory Warranty Rights (Gewährleistung)
1 If the delivered clothing or accessories are defective, you are entitled to full statutory warranty rights under German law (BGB).
2 Slight color variations due to digital display screens or minor production tolerances in garments do not constitute a defect.
Section 6 - Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Section 8 - Accounts and Registration
1 To place orders or access specific boutique features, you may choose to create a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
2 We reserve the right to refuse account creation or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is detected.
Section 9 - Product Information, Sizing, and Pricing Errors
1 We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and details of our clothing and accessories as accurately as possible. However, your device's screen settings may slightly affect how colors appear.
2 Size charts are provided as a general guideline. If an item runs small or large, we will specify this in the product description where possible.
3 In the rare event of a clear pricing or system error (e.g., a €100 silk dress displayed as €1.00), we reserve the right to cancel the order. A contract is not formed if there is an obvious mistake in the offer.
Section 10 - Vouchers, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
1 Promotion codes and promotional vouchers distributed by us during campaigns cannot be purchased, are valid only for the specified period, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
2 Store credit and gift cards are valid for 3 years from the end of the year they were issued, in accordance with the standard German statutory limitation period.
Section 11 - Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (a duty that is crucial for the proper fulfillment of the contract). In such cases, our liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
Section 12 - Applicable Law (Rechtswahl)
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you still retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your home country.
